Refund/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of goods being sold, we enforce a no refund or exchange policy.

If your order arrives damaged, we will happily ship a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to alert us of the damage,send a photo. Upon receipt of the request we will ship a replacement. Please allow 3 days for processing.
